Frequently Asked Questions
do you take insurance?
I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Not sure if your plan qualifies?

what are your fees?
Individual therapy sessions are $220 for a 50-minute session.
Extended sessions for Ketamine Assisted Therapy may be billed at a slightly lower per-hour rate.
A limited number of reduced fee spots are available for those experiencing financial hardship — because finances should never be the sole barrier to getting support. Reach out to inquire about reduced rates during times of hardship.
How do I know if we're a good fit?
My work tends to resonate with women who are self-aware, curious about their inner world, and ready to go beyond surface-level coping. You don't need to have everything figured out — but a willingness to slow down and get curious about what's happening in your body and your patterns goes a long way.
The best way to find out if we're a fit is to book a 20-minute consultation. There's no pressure to schedule an appointment or work together during the meeting — it’s just a conversation.
What does a first session look like?
The first session is mostly me getting to know you. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for. I'll also start getting a sense of how your nervous system works — how you handle stress, where you tend to get stuck, and what your body does when things get hard. It's a two-way conversation, not an interrogation. I also encourage you to assess during the first few sessions if I'm the right fit for you.
How long does therapy typically take?
It depends on what you're working on and what you're hoping to get out of it. Some people come in with a specific issue and find significant relief in a few months. Others are doing deeper, longer-term work and stay for a year or more.
I don't believe in keeping people in therapy longer than they need — my goal is to work myself out of a job. We'll check in regularly on your progress and your needs, adjusting as we go.
