Hi,
I'm ashley.
When I was 18, I walked out of a therapist's office feeling completely misunderstood. That experience shaped the therapist I became — one who works with the whole person, not just the presenting problem. Over the years I've trained extensively in trauma-focused and body-based approaches, from EMDR and somatic therapy to breathwork, EFT, and psychedelic-assisted care — all centered around bringing someone’s body and current nervous system state into the therapy room.
-
In every session, I'm tracking the story you’re body is telling — not just the one your mind is. Shifts in your nervous system, moments of activation or shutdown, changes in breath and posture. This is the narrative of the real story, and it's what guides the work.
-
The nervous systems of high achieving women are too intelligent and complex for a ‘one-size fits all’ approach. What we use depends entirely on what you need.
-
Some people process through movement. Others through imagery, creativity, or intensity. I pay attention to what lights you up and what your system naturally reaches for — and I build the work around that, not the other way around.
