Embodied Psychedelic Integration

A psychedelic experience can open something profound and it can leave you holding more than you know what to do with — insight without a container, emotion without a map, or a challenging experience that hasn't found a place in your lived experience yet.

WHAT EMBODIED

Embodied Psychedelic Integration is body-centered approach to integration support that helps you make meaning of what emerged during a psychedelic or altered state experience so you can carry it forward in ways that are grounded, lasting, and woven into your daily life.

Where traditional integration approaches tend to focus on narrative and meaning-making through conversation, somatic integration brings the body into the center of the process. What did your nervous system encounter? What is it still holding? Where does the experience live in the body — as sensation, tension, aliveness, or unease — and what does it need in order to complete?

Psychedelic experiences often surface material that the body has been carrying long before the medicine session ever happened. Somatic integration helps you work with that material directly, rather than talking around it.

PSYCHEDELIC SUPPORT IS

What We Work With

This work is well-suited for integration of ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA, ayahuasca, and other plant medicine or expanded state experiences — including both difficult and more pleasant ones. Psilocybin therapy and plant medicine work in particular can surface material that needs careful, body-centered tending afterward. Challenging experiences especially benefit from a somatic lens, which helps the nervous system process what it encountered without re-traumatization.

Integration support is also available for people preparing for a planned experience — building the internal resources, nervous system capacity, and clear intention that make for a more grounded journey and a more meaningful return.

If you're specifically exploring ketamine as a therapeutic tool, visit the Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy page to learn more about how that work is structured.

Sessions are available in-person in Carmel or via telehealth throughout California and Idaho.
